Job Summary
Telawne Power Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a QC RM Engineer with hands-on experience in Transformer Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for incoming quality inspection of raw materials and bought-out components, ensuring compliance with transformer industry standards and company quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming inspection of transformer raw materials and components.
- Inspect CRGO laminations, copper conductors, transformer oil, insulation materials, bushings, tap changers, radiators, hardware, and other transformer-related items.
- Verify supplier test certificates and material specifications.
- Perform dimensional, visual, and quality inspections as per approved standards.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, and Vendors regarding material quality issues.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and support vendor audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality procedures.
- Maintain inspection records, calibration records, and quality reports.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Transformer Manufacturing is mandatory.
- Experience in Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Raw Material Inspection, or Supplier Quality within a transformer manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of transformer raw materials, components, and quality standards is essential.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of transformer manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of CRGO inspection, copper conductor inspection, transformer oil testing, and insulation materials.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and quality documents.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation and quality systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
