Khing Par, the signature Pan Asian Restaurant & Bar at Gold Coins Club & Resort, is seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations, along with the ability to create a vibrant guest experience aligned with premium hospitality standards.

To prepare and serve high-quality beverages while ensuring efficient bar operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages as per standard recipes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Recommend drinks based on guest preferences.
- Ensure quick and efficient service during peak hours.
Bar Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter and equipment.
- Set up bar stations before service and close after operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of alcohol and ingredients.
Inventory & Control
- Monitor bar stock levels and inform management for replenishment.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper portion control.
- Maintain records of consumption and stock usage.
Guest Interaction
- Provide a friendly and professional guest experience.
- Engage with guests and enhance overall bar atmosphere.
- Handle guest queries and basic complaints professionally.
Hygiene & Compliance
- Follow hygiene and safety standards strictly.
- Ensure compliance with bar regulations and policies.
- Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as a bartender in hotel/restaurant/bar.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
- Good communication skills (English required; Kannada/Hindi preferred).
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
