TCT Enterprise is seeking a high-caliber Mid-Level CS Presales Engineer with a "security-first" mindset. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex Cybersecurity requirements and Core ICT Infrastructure (Networking, Servers, and Storage). You will be the technical backbone of our sales process, ensuring that every infrastructure solution we provide is secure by design.
JD of CS Presales Engineer
- Technical Support: Assist Sales Account Managers in technical discovery sessions with clients
- Solution Demos: Conduct Demo of our cybersecurity product portfolio and Deep knowledge of Endpoint Security, Email Security , PAM , NDR , NAC , SOC , VAPT services etc.
- Documentation: Draft technical proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and prepare Bill of Materials (BoM) under supervision.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Help set up and monitor POC to ensure the technical requirements of the client are met.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and competitor landscape to help position TCT Enterprise effectively.
- Certifications: specific certifications Related to Cybersecurity Portfolios are preferred
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Network Security - Firewalls, Email Security , PAM , cloud security, and networking protocols (TCP/IP), VAPT service and SOC
- Educational Qualification & Certification - Bachelor's degree in Computer science/computer engineering , in Cybersecurity or IT ; Certification of Fortinet NSE 4+, Sophos Certified Engineer, or Cisco CCNP Security.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
