Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our business development efforts by identifying and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have experience in online research, prospecting, data collection, and lead qualification. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, and other lead generation platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads based on target market and business requirements.
- Build and maintain accurate databases of prospects and decision-makers.
- Conduct email research and verify contact information.
- Execute outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with prospect and lead information.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales Support, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other online research tools.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of email outreach and lead nurturing techniques.
- Exposure to international markets such as the US, UK, Australia, or Europe.
- Experience in IT services, software, digital marketing, or B2B lead generation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
