Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing excellent customer service to international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Meet quality standards and productivity targets
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream
