Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Executives to manage residential resale property transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with buyers and sellers, understanding customer requirements, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful closure of property transactions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with buyers and sellers for residential resale property transactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable resale properties.
- Conduct property discussions, follow-ups, and consultations with prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to transaction closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless documentation and transaction processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate/Property Sales (Residential Resale preferred).
- OR
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C/Direct Sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.Preferred Skills

Pay: ₹9,802.51 - ₹50,000.00 per month
