1. Process Optimization & Day-to-Day Workflow
- Managing Daily Routines: Overseeing the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that keep the business functional.
- Identifying Bottlenecks: Finding areas where the company is losing time or money (e.g., slow data entry, communication gaps) and proposing solutions to fix them.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Acting as the bridge between teams like Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to ensure everyone is aligned.
2. Data Management & Reporting
- Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Gathering data on operational performance, output, and costs.
- Building Dashboards & Reports: Creating clear summaries for managers and executives to help them make strategic decisions.
- Inventory & Asset Tracking: Keeping tabs on company resources, whether that means physical inventory, software licenses, or supplier databases.
3. Supply Chain, Vendor, & Compliance Support
- Vendor Management: Communicating with external suppliers, tracking deliveries, onboarding new vendors, and handling basic invoice reconciliation.
