SEEK Digital Studio is looking for Tele Sales Executives to connect with business owners and introduce our website development and Shopify store setup services.
This role involves speaking with businesses over phone, explaining digital solutions, and supporting lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact business owners and introduce website development and Shopify services
- Explain service packages and benefits clearly
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain call records
- Share service details through WhatsApp and email when required
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposal and client activation support
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up trackers
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory)
- Basic English communication preferred
- Comfortable speaking with business owners over phone
- Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp usage
- Interest in digital services such as websites and e-commerce platforms
Preferred Background:
- Experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer interaction roles
- Experience explaining website services, digital marketing, or e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with Shopify or website concepts is an advantage
