Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Upwork bidding and business development experience.
- Proven track record of generating leads, securing client responses and winning projects through Upwork.
- Experience handling IT Services, Salesforce, CRM or related technology projects.
- Strong proposal writing, client communication, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
