Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to support our Human Resources and Finance departments. Fresh graduates with good communication skills and basic knowledge of HR and accounting processes are encouraged to apply.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Prepare offer letters and employee-related documents.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Accounts Responsibilities
- Assist in invoice preparation and processing.
- Maintain financial records and documentation.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Perform data entry and update accounting records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Understanding of HR processes and accounting fundamentals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR/Finance), M.Com, or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
