Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer experience across sales and service processes.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Conduct customer follow-up calls for feedback and satisfaction measurement.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and referrals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and delivery teams for smooth customer handling.
- Organize customer engagement activities, events, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Train showroom staff on customer service standards and communication.
- Maintain CRM records and customer databases accurately.
- Support management in implementing customer experience improvement initiatives.
