What would you do? Acts as the central orchestration layer for CX Hub (Project Marlin) demand—managing intake, prioritization, and scheduling across offshore pods/squads while aligning to onshore Client priorities and peak trading calendars. Ensures work is correctly routed, planned, and delivered to SLA.
What are we looking for? Qualification: Any Graduation • Work management tooling and reporting (Workfront, Jira, ServiceNow, Asana or equivalent) • Capacity planning, queue management, WIP limits, and SLA-based delivery tracking • Strong coordination skills across onshore/offshore teams; ability to manage dependencies and escalations • Understanding of marketing production and activation lifecycles in a hub/pod operating model
Roles and Responsibilities: • Run CX Hub work intake: validate briefs, ensure dependencies (assets, approvals, tracking) are in place, and route work to the right pod (Marketing, C360, CLM, Insights) • Own prioritization and scheduling aligned to Client trading calendar, campaign rhythms, and agreed delivery cadences • Manage capacity planning and WIP controls across offshore teams; balance demand vs. available bandwidth • Track SLAs, throughput, and ageing; surface risks early and coordinate re-planning with Delivery Leads and onshore stakeholders • Drive standardized ways of working (templates, intake checklists, handoffs) to reduce rework and improve cycle time
