We are seeking a consulting-oriented professional who can work closely with clients,
analyze complex business problems, and translate requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in client engagements by bridging business objectives and technology solutions. You will collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are aligned to business goals and delivered with clarity and precision.
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and success criteria
- Lead requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions
- Document business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
- Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments
- Support solution validation, UAT planning, and issue resolution
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and client leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of business analysis practices and SDLC
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience working on digital transformation or platform-led initiatives
- Exposure to AI-enabled, data-driven, or automation-supported solutions
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar documentation platforms
- Client-facing experience across multiple industries
