Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Handle inbound customer calls and queries
Explain company products or services clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Follow up with customers regularly
Maintain customer records in CRM or databases
Achieve daily or monthly calling/sales targets
Resolve customer complaints professionally

Required Skills
Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Kanada/Malayalam/Telugu & Tamil.
Convincing and negotiation ability

Usually 12th pass or graduate
Prior telecalling/BPO/customer support experience is must in the Skin and Hair Clinic industry.
