About the Role
Speeki AI Language Academy is looking for a results-driven Sales Counselor to guide prospective students into our German and English language programs. This is an on-site admissions role for professionals who enjoy consultative selling, achieving targets, and helping learners choose the right career pathway.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: ₹23,000–₹35,000/month
Attractive Performance Incentives based on monthly conversions
Probation: 3 months (monthly target review during probation)
Working Schedule
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
On-site at Speeki AI Language Academy, Pathadipalam
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on German (A1–B2) and English language programs.
- Convert inbound leads into successful enrollments through consultative sales.
- Follow up with inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person counseling.
- Understand each student's goals and recommend the most suitable course.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly conversion targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Represent the academy professionally and deliver an excellent student experience.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, academic counseling, education sales, or a similar admissions role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a consistent record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in English; Malayalam is essential. Additional language skills are an advantage.
