Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing manager to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting plotted development projects, arranging site visits, guiding customers through the purchase process, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales leads.
- Promote properties through digital marketing, social media, and advertising.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and property listings.
- Manage online property portals and company website listings.
- Organize property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and property developers to close deals.

Qualifications
