Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
• Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities within the channel gifting segment
• Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions along with business head
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable gifting solutions
Customer Excellence & Sales Management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and delivery
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
• Prior experience in the corporate gifting industry is mandatory
• Strong expertise in B2B lead generation and client acquisition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach
• Strong relationship management and customer handling abilities
