We are looking for a Finance Executive with 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts, strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and working knowledge or practical exposure to Export-Import (EXIM) processes.
The role involves day-to-day Finance and Accounts activities along with coordination and support related to EXIM transactions.
Candidates with hands-on EXIM experience will be preferred. Candidates without direct EXIM experience may also be considered if they have strong practical knowledge of EXIM processes, documentation and workflow.
Immediate joining is a priority. Candidates who can join immediately or within a maximum of 5 days will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day Finance & Accounts activities, including accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records, reports and supporting documentation.
- Prepare reports and perform analysis/reconciliation using Microsoft Excel.
- Support Finance activities related to EXIM transactions.
- Review and maintain relevant EXIM documentation and transaction records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for timely processing.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and transaction records.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant Finance/Accounts experience.
- Strong practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience in EXIM.
- Ability to understand and explain EXIM processes and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at Bidadi, Karnataka.
Preferred
- Hands-on EXIM experience.
- Experience in an export-oriented or manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to EXIM documentation and coordination with logistics/customs/CHA.
- Experience using Excel for financial reporting and reconciliation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
