Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Design, Purchase, etc.)
- Understand job requirements in coordination with hiring managers and department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, campus drives etc.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage recruitment databases and candidate pipelines
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Maintain recruitment reports and MIS.
Education: BE/ BTech (Any) Mandatory , MBA/ PGDM/ MMS in HR preferred.
Experience: 1- 4 Years of experience in technical recruitment. Should be good in English and MS Excel.
