Electrical Design & Documentation
- Prepare Electrical BOM (Bill of Materials) for automation projects.
- Select suitable electrical components such as PLCs, HMIs, sensors, relays, SMPS, VFDs, contactors, MCBs, and pneumatic valves.
- Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Prepare cable schedules and terminal plans.
Panel Building & Wiring
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels.
- Perform machine wiring and field wiring.
- Verify wiring as per electrical drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues.
PLC & HMI Programming
- Develop PLC programs for automation machines.
- Create HMI screens and machine interfaces.
- Configure sensors, actuators, VFDs, and communication devices.
- Modify and optimize existing PLC programs as required.
Machine Testing & Commissioning
- Perform machine testing and commissioning.
- Conduct I/O checking and functional validation.
- Support machine installation and customer troubleshooting.
- Ensure machine safety and operational reliability.
Documentation & Support
- Maintain project documentation and revisions.
- Prepare operation manuals and electrical records.
- Coordinate with mechanical design and manufacturing teams.
Required Skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
