Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee lifecycle, including confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management, appraisal processes, and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and school policies.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, HR documentation, and personnel records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits with the finance team.
- Maintain HRMS/ERP records and generate HR reports.
- Partner with school leadership to drive organizational growth and a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW with specialization in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a school or educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.
