We are hiring an Inbound Voice Sales Agent based in India to handle incoming phone calls from USA and Canada customers requesting used auto parts. You will take live calls, gather vehicle and part details, coordinate quotes with our supplier network, present options, and close sales while delivering a professional, high-conversion phone experience.
This role is strictly for candidates with proven USA Inbound Voice sales experience. We will only consider applicants who have worked in high-volume inbound call center or phone sales environments supporting USA customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound sales calls from USA/Canada customers promptly and professionally.
- Gather complete vehicle information (VIN preferred) and part requirements during live conversations.
- Source and present competitive, VIN-matched quotes from our verified salvage-yard network.
- Overcome objections, follow up on open quotes, and close sales on the call or via scheduled callbacks.
- Process orders, collect payment information securely, and hand off to fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate call notes and sales records in our CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed call quality, conversion rate, and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent phone-based customer service as the primary point of contact for US customers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven USA Inbound Voice sales experience (mandatory – high-volume inbound call center or phone sales roles supporting United States customers).
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, neutral, professional American English accent and phone presence.
- Ability to handle high call volume while remaining calm, consultative, and conversion-focused.
- Experience using CRM systems and making notes during live calls.
- Comfort learning vehicle fitment basics and VIN-based part matching.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment.
- Must be willing and able to work from our India office location.
- Flexible to work US business hours / night shifts as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous inbound sales experience in automotive parts, aftermarket, insurance, or similar high-ticket phone sales for the US market.
