About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences for students in Grades 1–5. The ideal candidate will create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement, character development, and social-emotional well-being while aligning with the Cambridge curriculum framework and the school's vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and learning objectives.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication among students.
- Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate academic records.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
- Maintain classroom discipline while promoting positive behaviour and mutual respect.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum planning and school initiatives.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, professional development programmes, and training sessions.
- Ensure student safety and adhere to all school policies and safeguarding guidelines.
- Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities that contribute to students' holistic development.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of child development and primary education pedagogy.
- Knowledge of the Cambridge International Curriculum (preferred).
- Effective lesson planning and classroom management skills.
- Assessment planning, evaluation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the relevant subject.
- Cambridge International teaching certification (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school (Cambridge/IB/CBSE/ICSE preferred).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in inquiry-based and activity-based learning.
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction and inclusive education practices.
- Experience in conducting parent interactions and maintaining student portfolios.
- Exposure to educational technology, smart classrooms, and digital assessments.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
