Inside Sales Associate – EdTech Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate – EdTech Sales with 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education or EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student enrollment and admissions by counseling prospective learners and converting leads into customers.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance insights to management.
Recuirement
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, counseling, or EdTech sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
