Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving website traffic, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through paid marketing initiatives. The role also requires leveraging AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve campaign performance, automation, and marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Advertising Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, and overall business growth.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Develop and implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
2. Campaign Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and ad copies.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Present recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and profitability.
- Create dashboards and performance reports using analytics tools.
4. Website, E-commerce & Conversion Tracking
- Implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and other tracking solutions.
- Monitor website performance, user journeys, and conversion paths.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates.
- Work closely with developers and e-commerce teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
- Possess working knowledge of Shopify backend, product catalog management, order tracking, and e-commerce analytics.
- Monitor checkout performance, cart abandonment, and customer journey optimization.
5. AI & Marketing Technology Integration
- Utilize AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and similar platforms to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Use AI for ad copy generation, audience research, campaign planning, reporting, and content ideation.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation in marketing processes.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend their implementation where relevant.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate AI-powered insights into marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark digital marketing performance.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Recommend innovative marketing strategies based on market insights.
7. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with creative, content, design, and e-commerce teams for campaign execution.
- Work closely with sales, merchandising, and business teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, technology partners, and platform representatives when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, Display Advertising, Remarketing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Working knowledge of Shopify backend and e-commerce performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of AI tools and marketing automation platforms.
