- Personnel Management: Recruit, hire, and train service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Scheduling: Coordinate daily work shifts and allocate repair tasks to technicians based on their individual skill levels.
- Training & Development: Ensure technicians maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle technologies and manufacturer guidelines.
2. Customer Relations & Service Delivery
- Satisfaction & Retention: Oversee the service lane to ensure smooth drop-offs, clear explanations of repair needs, and transparent pricing.
- Escalations: Step in to resolve escalated customer complaints, ensuring transparent communication and fair resolution.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all vehicles undergo rigorous safety and quality checks before being returned to the customer.
3. Business & Financial Management
- Budgeting: Prepare and administer the department’s annual operating budget, focusing on cost control and revenue generation.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), labor efficiency, and warranty claims.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage the supply of parts, specialty tools, and fluids needed for daily operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
