Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to handle end-to-end financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Prepare and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
- Handle GST, TDS, and other tax filings accurately and on time
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Identify process improvements and implement best accounting practices
- Support management with financial reports and insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally,ERP)
- Advanced Excel skills
