Brainbay is looking for an experienced and dynamic Franchise Manager to oversee and expand our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for franchise development, onboarding new franchise partners, supporting existing franchisees, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and driving business growth across all Brainbay centres.
Customer & Franchise Relationship Management
- Handle enquiries from prospective parents and franchise partners through phone calls, WhatsApp, email.
- Provide complete information about Brainbay's courses, fee structure, franchise opportunities, and business model.
- Follow up with parent and franchise enquiries to convert them into admissions and franchise partnerships.
- Address parent and franchise concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all enquiries and regularly update the database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, existing franchisees, and prospective franchise partners to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
