Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for product packaging, marketing materials, branding assets, social media content, catalogs, and sales support materials. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of print production, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Product Design
- Design and develop artwork for product boxes, cartons, labels, stickers, inserts, and packaging materials.
- Prepare print-ready files with proper specifications and color standards.
- Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors for artwork approvals and production requirements.
Marketing & Sales Collateral
- Design product catalogs, brochures, leaflets, flyers, price lists, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Create attractive product launch materials and trade exhibition graphics.
- Design dealer schemes, retailer promotions, and point-of-sale materials.
Digital & Social Media
- Create social media posts, banners, advertisements, reels creatives, and digital marketing content.
- Design website banners, emailers, and online marketplace creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Branding
- Develop branding materials including logos, stationery, brand guidelines, packaging concepts, and corporate communication materials.
- Ensure consistent visual identity across all company brands and product categories.
Product Photography & Image Editing
- Retouch and enhance product photographs.
- Create lifestyle mockups and marketing visuals for products.
- Prepare images for catalogs, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Knowledge of print production processes and packaging artwork preparation.
- Basic photography and photo editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
