What You'll Do
- The incumbent will identify the developmental needs, design, create and execute solutions across the organization at every level
- This person will also be involved in the content development, and responsible for bringing innovation and innovative trainings formats especially leveraging GenAI
- Responsible to create a culture of learning for continuous improvement in people as well as processes
- Responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all L&D interventions
- Ensuring that every L&D intervention has clear business focused aims that enable robust evaluation of the event’s effectiveness, and measurement of return on investment
- To contribute to L&D communications using a variety of mediums i.e mail, etc
- Identifying trainings needs and designing high impact agendas across a range of programs, including New Hire Orientation program, on-going trainings to support performance, role readiness training programs, etc
- Collaborating with a range of stakeholders to both design programs and also execute them, often balancing competing stakeholder priorities
- Content creation with support from SMEs
- Managing a small team of 1-2 members, to operationalize training days/ L&D programs while driving impact at a strategic level
- External Vendor / Contracting: Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training Revisiting the current structure, content and delivery of modules,
- Market benchmarking, recording feedback for current trainers
- Training communication and branding: Publish Calendar on agreed timelines, Communication - Creating awareness of the impact of several initiatives, Working with team members, partners, and key stakeholders to design meaningful learning experiences that meet audience needs, using key metrics (both qualitative and quantitative) to continuously evaluate learning initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Learning & Development analytics & reporting: Tracking and maintaining learning database , Attendance monitoring , Identifying suitable dates in line with global, regional and local event calendar, Update records for all employees on a real time basis - event creation and registration (a month in advance), event participation, facilitator contribution and feedback score, training recommendations from CDC and reminders, etc, Provide MIS as required from time to time , Supporting regional and global teams for logistics for trainings in India. Also provide information required for India offices, Maintaining records of all invoices raised (training events, external trainers etc) , Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
What You'll Bring
- 8-12 years of experience into Learning and development
- 5-6 years of core experience in content development for trainings
- Mature and able to hold conversation with senior stakeholders
- An MBA or equivalent degree in HR
