The Role
We're looking for a Payment Recovery Analyst who is organized, persistent, and comfortable navigating the financial side of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a role where accuracy meets accountability — and where your work directly impacts business health.
What You'll Do
✦ Track and follow up on outstanding payments from distributors, stockists, and B2B clients
✦ Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records with precision
✦ Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to resolve payment disputes and discrepancies
✦ Send timely payment reminders and escalate overdue accounts as per company policy
✦ Prepare aging reports and recovery status updates for management review
✦ Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure smooth collections
✦ Document all communication and recovery actions accurately in internal systems
✦ Assist in identifying patterns in delayed payments and suggest process improvements
What We're Looking For
✦ 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or payment recovery
✦ Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, or similar accounting/ERP tools
✦ Strong follow-up skills — polite but persistent
✦ Good written and verbal communication in Hindi and English
✦ High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude
✦ Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism
✦ Prior experience in pharma, manufacturing, or FMCG is a definite advantage
