Position - Architect / Interior Designer
Experience - 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
* Develop detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
* Create space planning, furniture layouts, and design presentations.
* Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and finish selections.
* Coordinate with the Project Team, Site Supervisors, Vendors, and Consultants during project execution.
* Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and design coordination.
* Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and project documentation.
* Ensure designs comply with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
* Support senior architects in project planning and client presentations.
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Eligibility
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or
* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing
* Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Banquets, Resorts, Restaurants, or Commercial Interiors will be preferred.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and MS Office.
* Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction methods.
* Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
* Ability to prepare presentation drawings and design concepts.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
