The F&B Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day café and food & beverage operations at Manam Chocolate outlets. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience, maintaining service standards, supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and driving operational efficiency aligned with the brand's premium hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
v Oversee daily food & beverage operations at the café outlet.
v Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest queries or concerns professionally.
v Supervise and guide service staff including baristas and service associates.
v Supervise daily café and F&B operations to ensure smooth functioning
v Maintain hygiene, food safety, and brand service standards.
v Monitor inventory and coordinate with the store team for stock management.
v Support the Operations Manager in achieving operational and service excellence.
v Ensure all food and beverage service standards are maintained as per company guidelines.
v Monitor opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
v Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
v Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a premium café experience.
v Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
v Lead, guide, and supervise service staff including baristas, captains, and service associates.
v Conduct on-the-job training to improve service standards and product knowledge.
v Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and teamwork among staff.
v Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and café supplies.
v Coordinate with procurement and store teams for timely replenishment.
v Minimize wastage and ensure proper stock rotation.
v Ensure compliance with FSSAI and company hygiene standards.
v Maintain service quality, presentation, and brand standards of Manam Chocolate.
v Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
v Coordinate with kitchen, production, and corporate teams for smooth operations.
Education/ Qualification:
Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
Experience:
v Minimum 4+ years of experience in café, premium restaurant, or hospitality industry.
v Experience working in specialty café, chocolate boutique, or premium F&B brand will be an advantage.
