Meditrina Hospital, Kollam is inviting applications for the position of Marketing Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Implement referral marketing strategies to enhance patient inflow.
- Organize outreach activities and medical awareness programs.
- Track and analyze referral trends and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with departments for seamless referral service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in referral marketing / pharma marketing, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Freshers with a strong interest in healthcare marketing may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally as part of outreach activities.
