Guest Relationship Executive
This is a full-time on-site job as Guest Relations Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for maintaining guest relations, effective communication, product presentation, providing exceptional customer service, sales activities, and performing receptionist & office administration duties.
1. Welcoming Presence: Greet and welcome clients, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere in our office.
2. Client Assistance & Support Tasks: Calling and inviting clients to our office to give them presentation, follow up on calls, assist clients with inquiries, providing information on project details.
3. Appointment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate property viewings, meetings and consultations for clients.
4. Follow-up: Maintain regular sales communication with clients, following up on inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their needs are met.
5. Documentation: Assist in the preparation of necessary documents and paperwork for clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
6. Events, Exhibitions & Site Tours: The scope of services includes active participation in industry exhibitions, corporate events, and company functions to represent the brand effectively. The role necessitates the coordination and execution of client site visits, during which the unique features and strategic benefits of the project location shall be effectively showcased to prospective clients. Accordingly, the individual must maintain a readiness to travel to various locations as required to fulfill these business obligations.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather client’s feedback to continually improve our services and enhance the overall client experience.
8. Front Desk Operations: Maintaining Office Records, Employee Records, Guest Records, assisting Accounts & admin HR department related duties.
9. Tele Sales: Calling prospects, leads and pitching our real estate products.
10. Pre Sales: Initially you can assist sales Dept. later on, you can independently handle sales without any closing support from the sales managers.
Qualifications:
Ø Customer Focus: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive client experiences.
Ø Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Customer Counseling, Product Presentation and Sales skills
Ø Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
Ø Attention to Detail: Receptionist Duties proficiency, meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions and documentation.
Ø Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with real estate professionals and support staff to ensure seamless client experiences. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ø Tech Proficiency: Basic knowledge of office software and the ability to learn and use CRM tools.
Preferred Industry Experience:
✓ Corporate/Hospitality Industry/Aviation industry Personality
✓ Previous experience in the Real Estate/Hospitality industry is a plus
✓ Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management/Sales & Marketing/PR or related field
Salary:
Ø ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (As per experience and candidate profile).
Ø Min. 3 years contract period.
Ø We can commit, pre decided salary Hike in the agreement.
