Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct process training for new hires.
Deliver product, process, compliance, and sales training programs.
Develop and update training content, SOPs, FAQs modules. ∙
Conduct refresher and remedial training based on QA and business findings.
Monitor trainee performance through assessments and certification programs. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Business teams to identify training needs. Maintain training records, attendance trackers, and performance reports.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements during training delivery.
Preferred Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
2-5 years of experience in Training, preferably in Telesales, Insurance, BFSI, or Contact Center operations. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Good understanding of sales processes, quality frameworks, and compliance requirements. ∙Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in content development and stakeholder management will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
