We’re building AI-driven products and looking for a Tech Team Lead who can manage a team effectively and stay hands-on with the tech.
We use tools like Next.js, Python, and Docker, but we’re not tied to any stack — we care more about solid engineering practices and good decision-making than specific languages or frameworks.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and grow a small dev team working on AI-powered applications
Make architectural decisions and guide the team technically
Work cross-functionally with design and product to ship features
Review code, ensure quality, and keep projects on track
Be hands-on when needed — we value leaders who can still code
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams
Strong technical background (language-agnostic)
Ability to keep a team aligned, motivated, and productive
Familiarity with modern development workflows (e.g. CI/CD, containers, cloud)
Bonus: experience working with AI/ML products
