Job Title: Client Servicing Intern

Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Mass Media or a related field.
Mode: Work From Office (Monday to Friday)
We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Servicing Executive / Interns who can manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns from brief to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist / Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients.
· Understand client briefs and coordinate with creative, strategy, influencer and execution teams.
· Prepare briefs, timelines, presentations, and campaign updates.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client expectations.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners wherever required.
· Track campaign progress, deliverables and client feedback.
· Identify opportunities to improve client relationships and grow accounts.
· Handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
· 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management or a similar role.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Good understanding of advertising, design, digital and social media.
· Excellent coordination, follow-up and time-management skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
· Someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable handling clients independently.
