Job Description – AI & Business Operations Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking intern who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, technology, and business operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable using AI tools, and capable of supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and use the latest AI tools, platforms, and websites for business applications.
- Create AI-generated content, presentations, reports, proposals, and marketing material.
- Assist in prompt engineering and optimization for AI systems and AI avatars.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and basic business documentation.
- Support GeM, government tenders, bid submissions, and compliance documentation.
- Create BOQs, Excel sheets, MIS reports, and business trackers.
- Generate AI-based videos, presentations, graphics, and digital content.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Attend buyer meetings, demonstrations, exhibitions, and client visits when required.
- Conduct online research, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Support HR, administration, recruitment, and office operations.
- Assist senior management in day-to-day business activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, Synthesia, and similar platforms.
- Good prompt engineering skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prepare professional documents and presentations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new software and technologies quickly.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating AI-generated videos and visual content.
- Knowledge of GeM portal, tenders, BOQ preparation, and government procurement processes.
- Canva, video editing, and graphic design skills.
- Basic understanding of business operations, sales, and client management.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or pursuing graduation from a recognized university.
- Residing in South Mumbai.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership.
- Curious, intelligent, and eager to learn emerging AI technologies.
- Professional attitude and willingness to travel for client and buyer meetings.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with diverse responsibilities.
