- Baking Production: Make breads, rolls, croissants, cakes, and cookies following exact recipes.
- Dough Management: Mix, proof, shape, and bake dough items.
- Station Upkeep: Keep the bakery work area clean, safe, and organized.
- Food Safety: Follow hygiene and HACCP guidelines for food storage and labeling.
- Team Support: Help senior chefs during high-volume periods, buffets, or banquets.
