Ensure end-to-end compliance of Govt. grants in line with GFR, PFMS guidelines, sanction orders, and approved project documents. Oversee fund utilization, milestone adherence, and implementation discipline across initiatives.
2. Business Intelligence and Performance Monitoring
Establish and monitor MIS dashboards covering KPIs, grant-linked deliverables, and expenditure controls. Conduct detailed budgetary reviews, variance analysis, and performance benchmarking, providing data-backed financial insights and control recommendations to senior leadership.
3. Audit and regulatory coordination
Coordination of internal, statutory, and CAG audits. Ensure audit readiness, timely submission of utilization certificates and financial reports, and closure of audit observations.
4. Legal and contractual governance
Review and vet MoUs, agreements, work orders, partnership models, and implementation frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory provisions, grant conditions, and budgetary safeguards.
5. Enterprise budgeting oversight and control
Drive enterprise-level budgeting analysis, monitor expenditure trends against forecasts, head-wise budget utilization, expenditure controls and perform variance diagnostics to support decision-making.
6. Executive governance and Board oversight
Oversee the preparation of consolidated governance and performance reports for CEO and board. Present risk assessments, compliance updates, and performance insights to support institutional priorities and executive accountability.
