Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Merchandiser to manage and coordinate the end-to-end order processing cycle. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order handling, timely dispatch, inventory coordination, and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately through ERP/WMS systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse,designers, logistics, and delivery partners for timely dispatch.
- Monitor order status and ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Verify inventory availability and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, labels, and dispatch records.
- Resolve order-related issues including delays, shortages, returns, and cancellations.
- Track shipments and update customers/internal teams regarding delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, returns, and inventory movements.
- Collaborate with customer support, sales, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
- Generate daily/weekly order fulfillment and dispatch reports.
- Support process improvements to enhance fulfillment efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in order processing, logistics, warehouse operations, or fulfillment.
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Coordinating with vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or logistics industry.
- Knowledge of courier aggregation platforms and shipping processes.
