Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound calls, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and close sales opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Address customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of sales or telecalling experience (Freshers may apply).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
