Responsibilities
- Contact and guide parents regarding our online art courses.
- Follow up with student enquiries and admissions.
- Explain course details, schedules, and fees.
- Maintain lead records and update admission status.
- Coordinate with students and the academic team.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Email, MS Office).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
