Qualifications
- Postgraduate (PG) degree in the relevant subject.
- NET or Ph.D. in the relevant subject (as per applicable norms).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred, but qualified fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, and institutional events.
- Maintain academic records and adhere to institutional policies.
