Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and a passion for creating engaging visual content for digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to design social media creatives, promotional materials, and branding assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, carousels, and marketing creatives
- Create and edit short-form video content and social media reels
- Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals
- Design website banners, landing page graphics, and digital ads
- Create marketing materials like brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations
- Collaborate with content writers and marketing team members
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools
- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Experience in designing social media creatives (posts, banners, etc.)
- Video editing and social media reel creation skills (mandatory)
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Fine Arts or related field
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and video/reel work
