We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent to oversee nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, manage nursing staff, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all nursing services.
- Manage nursing staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Monitor infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance programs.
- Coordinate with doctors, administrators, and other healthcare departments.
- Maintain nursing records and prepare reports as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
