Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Stores Executive to manage site stores operations for a large-scale residential township project in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material receipt and issuance, stock reconciliation, vendor coordination, and maintaining proper documentation of construction materials and consumables.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day stores operations at the project site.
- Handle receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of construction materials.
- Maintain inventory records, stock registers, and ERP entries.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain optimum stock levels.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Projects, and Accounts departments.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
- Prepare MIS reports on inventory and stock movement.
- Maintain GRNs, challans, delivery records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely material delivery.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
