Job Summary
ICCS DigX is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager responsible for driving new business opportunities, client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. The candidate will promote ICCS DigX solutions including AI-powered customer experience, BPM/BPO services, digital transformation, automation, analytics, and contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable ICCS DigX solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing, and solution design.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
