Job Description
Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Event Specialist to manage and execute events professionally. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations and successful event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute corporate, social and promotional events
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
- Coordinate with vendors, venues and production teams
- Manage event timelines, logistics and on-site operations
- Supervise event setup and event-day activities
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and high-quality service
- Handle multiple events and work under deadlines
- Support the team in maintaining client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the event industry
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage events independently
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for events when required
- Immediate joiners preferred
Language Requirements
Candidates should be able to communicate in:
- English
- Malayalam
- Hindi
- Tamil
Work Schedule
Flexible working hours based on event schedules.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi, Ernakulam District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
